Currently, ride-pooling is not enabled. This feature will be introduced in a later phase based on public health and safety guidelines.
CEO CABS uses a real-time government-regulated meter system. Fares are based on actual distance and time — no artificial surge pricing is applied.
No. The fare shown on the meter is what you pay — no hidden charges, no platform convenience fees.

Yes. CEO CABS is committed to gender-sensitive mobility. Women riders can share their rides in real-time and raise an alert via the SOS button. A women-driver option will be introduced in future phases.
Eligible individuals can sign up via the “Join as a Driver” option on the website or app. Required documents include:

CEO CABS operates under a zero-commission model. Instead of high per-ride deductions, drivers pay a minimal fixed 20Rs/Ride platform fee based on their usage — enabling greater earnings.
Yes, CEO CABS rewards consistent and high-performing drivers with cash bonuses, priority bookings, and exclusive support.
CEO CABS offers insurance support based on driver tenure:
Less than 1 year: (After 6Months From joining)
50% disability – ₹1.5 lakh
80%+ disability – ₹2 lakh
Accidental death – ₹3 lakh
More than 1 year:
Enhanced insurance coverage up to ₹5 lakh
No. CEO CABS does not impose any daily ride target pressure. Drivers have full freedom to work on their own terms.

After completing the ride, visit the “My Rides” section in the app and tap “Report Lost Item.” Our team will coordinate with the driver to return it.
After every ride, you will be prompted to rate your driver and leave feedback. Ratings help us ensure service quality.
